To do before you operate the product
1. Read the operator's manual carefully and make sure
that you understand the instructions.
2. Read the operator's manual for the dust extractor
carefully and make sure that you understand the
instructions.
3. Use personal protective equipment. Refer to

4. Do daily maintenance. Refer to
schedule on page 13 .
5. Make sure that the product is assembled correctly
and is not damaged.
6. Make sure that only approved persons are in the
work area.
7. Connect the product to a mains socket. Refer to
connect the product to a power source on page 10 .
8. Put the product on the work area. Make sure that
the transportation of the product to and in the work
area is done safely and correctly. Refer to
safety on page 6 .
9. Install a tool. Refer to
15 . Make sure that the tool has the correct angle
and pitch for the operation.

To replace the blade on page

Clean the product to remove dangerous material
before you do the maintenance.

Push the emergency stop button before you do the
maintenance.

Do the maintenance of the product on stable level
ground.

Do not do modifications to the product. Modifications
that are not approved by the manufacturer can
cause serious injury or death.

Replace damaged, worn or broken parts.
•
Always use original accessories and spare parts.

by the manufacturer, can cause serious injury or
death.

After maintenance, do a check of the vibration level
in the product. If it is not correct, speak to an
approved service agent.
•
Let an approved service agent do servicing on the
product regularly.

10. Make sure that the blade is sharp. If it is necessary,
replace or sharpen the blade. Refer to

11. If you use a self-scoring blade, make sure that the
angles at the ends of the blade (A) are sharp.
To select the correct blade dimension
and installation position
