Wear parts and the following items are excluded from the warranty:

Drive belt (wear part)

Damage caused by the customer

Damage due to improper transportation

Subsequent modifications or changes to the machine that are neither authorised by the manufacturer nor

approved in writing

Exclusion of any liability on the part of the manufacturer in the event of improper handling and resulting damage.

Warranty claims

What to do in the event of a warranty claim?

1) Inform your local specialist before costs arise. After consulting the manufacturer, your local specialist will decide

what to do next.

2) In the event of a complaint, please provide the following information:

the type or name of the machine

the serial number of the machine and the year of manufacture (see nameplate)

the date of purchase on the invoice
