Operating safety instructions

Before making pottery:
Do not use an extension cable to extend the power cable.

Do not use the pottery wheel as a step.

Loose clothing, jewellery, watches, long hair or fingernails can become caught in the rotating wheel head.

While making pottery:
Do not use the turntable as a storage area for objects that could be thrown off during operation by the rotation

of the wheel head.
When the wheel head is rotating, do not put your hands or objects between the wheel head and the splash

pan.
The foot pedal must not come into contact with water or clay.

The overflow hose must not be completely sealed. Only use the overflow stopper provided.

After making pottery:
Residues of clay and water must be emptied from the splash pan after each throwing.

Overflowing material can damage the electrical system, the motor and the bearings of the pottery wheel.

Immediately remove residues of clay and water from the wooden surfaces.

Repair and maintenance work on electrical components may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.


improper and is not permitted.
The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damage.

Intended use

The machine is only to be used as a pottery wheel.

The pottery wheel is designed for the manual production of rotationally symmetrical bodies from plastic

ceramic material.
The machine is not suitable for decorating or carving dried or fired goods.

The machine is intended for the production of art and everyday objects from ceramic clay.

Use the machine only as intended and in a technically perfect condition!
