heated oven, this should not be done before the con-
trol light first goes out.
Oven functions
Symbol Description
Top/bottom heat*: The heating is done
in a conventional way. The heat is
evenly brought to the food from above
and below. Suitable for baking and
roasting on one level.
Bottom heat: The heat is only brought
to the food from below. To be used
when baking from below e.g. Pizza.
Half grill: In operation is the inner
surface of the grill heating element.
Suitable for a smaller amount of grilled
food, bacon, toast, meat, etc.
Full grill: The entire surface of the grill
heating element is in operation. Ideal
for grilling flat food such as steaks, fish,
sausages, etc. or for gratinating toast
and casseroles.
*This type of heating is used to determine the energy con-
sumption in conventional mode.
Oven lighting
The oven lighting switches on automatically during
operation.

Switching on and off

Set the required operating conditions.
 Turn the function selector control to the appropri-
ate position.
 Turn the temperature selector control to the de-
sired temperature.
 To switch off the oven, turn both controls back to
the off position.
The cooling fan will continue running for some time
after heating is complete. Do not interrupt the power
supply to the appliance during this process.
