Activating/deactivating Twilight mode

Sufficient ambient light is available even after sunset. Because of this, it is not necessary to switch the
channel on precisely at sunset for certain applications (e.g. exterior lights). With the Twilight function, the
channel is switched on after a delay. This time period is calculated automatically.
