About your PM-300-CS/STEP
The LABELMATE PM-300 printer mechanism is ready to be completed with the hardware of your
choice. Some examples are inkjet-heads, laser-encoders, barcode verifiers or RFID encoders.
GENERAL CONTENT OF THE PACKAGING
Remove all parts from the shipping container and verify content

FEATURES
• Designed for processing labels with a maximum width of 125 mm
• 1 Powerful motor, the PM-units are NOT Bi-Directional
• Maximum roll diameter : 300 mm
• Max label roll weight: 6 KG
• CS MODEL Speed : Adjustable from 0 to max. 40cm/s or 61cm/s
CS-STEP MODEL Speed : Adjustable from 0 to max 40cm/s
Accuracy +/- 5%
• Max speed specified with a 76mm take-up roll diameter and reached at the end of the roll, in normal office room
temperatures.
• Take up reel : The take-up torque is adjustable and it is possible to select wind-in or wind-out.
• Power Supply : 230VAC- 50-60Hz (115V on request)
• Comes standard for using cores in 76mm. On request available in 38/40/44/70/100 mm.
• Optional PC-2 Counter is a pre-set label counter that allows stopping the machine after a pre-set number of labels.
• Optional PC-3 offers the same pre-set possibilities as the PC-2 but can also be programmed to indicate the web
speed. The programming details can be found on a separate manual.
• Optional Encoder : 4096 pulses per revolution = linear resolution of 0.041mm
