NOTICE
Cable damage
Watch out for the cable routing when
putting up the condensation hood. The
cables may be squeezed and damaged
during placement.

The unit on which the UltraVent con-
densation hood is to be installed is dis-
connected from the mains.
a
All unit panels are fixed.
a
Front panel, side panels, seal box and
heat shield are not yet installed.
a
The required front panel with right end
stop or left end stop is ready.
a
Only necessary with Combi-Duo: Re-
move the holder from the extension of
the lower air outlet and the air vent of
the upper unit.
1. Remove the front panel, side panels,
the condensate collector. Disassemble
the heat shield.
2. Loosen 2 screws on the right and 1
screw on the left on the unit cover to
secure the condensation hood
[ Photo 04].
3. Place the condensate collector on the
ventilation pipe of the unit. The seal
box must be flush with the rear panel
[ Photo 05]. Note the angle of the
ventilation pipe.
4. Fill a cup of water in the condensate
collector. The liquid is needed for the
functionality of the siphone character-
istics.
5. Check that the unit panels are fixed
[ Photo 06].

6. Place the UltraVent condensation
hood on the unit [
sure that no cables are squashed
between the unit and the condensa-
tion hood.
7. Secure the condensation hood with
the 3 screws on the left and right to
the unit cover [
8. Remove the left and right impact filter
[ Photo 9] and the cover to the elec-
trical compartment [
9. Loosen the 2 screws left and right
front on the inside of the front hood
and remove the front hood from the
condensation hood [
10. Hook the front panel at the front in the
base of the condensation hood. Make
sure that the metal projection on the
front panel hangs in the base frame
[ Photo 12].
11. Place the enclosed Teflon sheets un-
derneath. Hand-tighten the 2 nuts on
the left and right of the back of the
front panel (maximum tightening
torque: 1.2 Nm (0.89 lbf ft / 10.62 in-
lb) [ Photo 13].
12. Insert the cover in the electrical com-
partment [ Photo
13. Insert the right and left impact filters.
To secure the impact filter, pull the
locking latch on the left of the impact
filter to the left [
14. Hang the side panels on the left and
right of the condensation hood
[ Photo 16]. Make sure that the
sheet edge hangs between the nut and
the screw [ Photo
15. Attach the front hood to the front of
the condensation hood with 2 screws
on the left and right [
