Potential cause
The audio source
(on the TV / stereo
system) is not selected
correctly.
The connection is not
correct.
Is the video cable
connected correctly?
Have you selected the
video input on the TV
set correctly (VIDEO/
A/V)?
The TV does not have
a video input.
CD+G disc is not
recognised.
Possible solution
Check that the correct
video input is being
used and that the
video source is set in
the TV set; switch to
this input using the TV
remote control. Check
whether you have a
CD+G
Disc and that it is in
perfect condition.
