METODO D'INSTALLAZIONE

Il differenziale deve essere installato in un quadro o in un

contenitore avente un grado di protezione IP adeguato all'ambiente
e all'uso secondo le prescrizioni delle norme CEI.
Se l'impianto è molto esteso, si consiglia di suddividerlo in più cir-
cuiti proteggendo ciascuno con interruttori automatici differenziali.
Essendo sempre più diffusi utilizzatori di tipo elettronico si consiglia
l'impiego di differenziali di tipo A, indispensabili per protezione con
correnti differenziali unidirezionali.
Una volta installato ed alimentato, si deve azionare il tasto di prova.
L'interruttore, se correttamente installato, deve scattare.

INSTALLATION METHOD

The residual current device (RCD) must be fitted in a switchboard or
container with an IP safety factor suitable for the environment and
use, in accordance with IEC standards.
If the plant is particularly large, this should be split into several cir-
cuits, each of which must be protected with a separate RCD.
Since the number of electronic users is on the increase, we re-
commend using type A RCDs as these offer indispensable protec-
tion with unidirectional residual current.
Once installed and powered up, the circuit breaker needs to be
tested using the test button. If correctly installed, the circuit breaker
should trip.
MODE D'INSTALLATION
Le différentiel doit être installé dans un tableau ou dans une boîte
ayant un degré de protection IP adéquat et respectant les prescrip-
tions des Normes CEI, pour le milieu où il est installé et l'usage
qu'on en fera.
Si l'installation est très vaste, on conseille de la diviser en plu-
sieurs circuits, et de protéger chacun d'entre eux à l'aide de di-
sjoncteurs différentiels.
Etant donné que le nombre des utilisateurs de type électronique
ne cesse d'augmenter, on conseille d'utiliser des différentiels du
type A, indispensables pour assurer la protection avec des cou-
rants différentiels unidirectionnels.
Quand le disjoncteur est installé et alimenté, on devra appuyer sur
le bouton test et s'il est correctement installé, cela provoquera son
déclenchement.
