Signal Word
The use of lubrication systems is allowed. It should be applied in form of a low-pressure system. Please take
NOTICE
into consideration that in this case the MDF / HPL machine table is not used as its can swell and, thus, be
destroyed.
Signal Word
Some dust created by cutting contains chemicals is known to cause cancer, birth defects or other repro-
ductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are silicate minerals of asbestos boards. Your risk from
exposures to these varies, depending on how often you perform this type of work. To reduce your exposure
to these chemicals: work in a well-ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust
masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are con-
NOTICE
nected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
Signal Word
Do not reach into the area of the tool. The proximity of the blade to your hand may not always be obvious.
Otherwise there is a risk of serious personal injuries.
Use clamps or another practical and secure way to fix the workpiece on the machine table, e. g. with the
help of a vacuum table, double-sided tape or clamps. Holding a workpiece with your hands leaves it unsta-
ble and may lead to loss of control or serious injury.
Sharp-edged cutting tools are to be dismounted before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing power tools. Clamped milling tools equal a high risk of injury.
Always make sure to have sufficient clearance to the mobile parts (guiding, milling cutters, shafts) and never
grasp with your hand into the machine. This may result in severe injuries!
Never load heavy loads above people. If the load should fall, there is a danger of personal injury and damage
to the load.
Signal Word
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. The product is only suitable for indoor use. Water enter-
ing an electronic part will increase the risk of electric shocks.
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs.
Do not abuse the cord / hose. Never use the cord / hose for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Keep the cord / hose away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords / hoses
increase the risk of electric defects and malfunctions.
If you would like to use a system-guided tool such as a milling motor of another supplier which is equipped
with a separate ON / OFF switch and is NOT controlled via the PC, you have to make sure that it is profes-
sionally connected to the emergency stop switch. Neglecting this will cause the tool to continue running
even if you actuate the emergency stop switch. There is a considerable risk for personal or material damag-
es!
The emergency stop switch can only effect the stop of all components, if these components are electron-
ically connected with the emergency stop switch. Be sure to test the functionality of the emergency stop
switch before using the machine. The switch has to be capable of stopping the entire machine in case of an
emergency!
The power supply has to be connected to the CNC machine before it is connected to the power grid. Other-
wise, there is a chance of damaging the electronics of your CNC machine.
