Problem
The compressor does not start
immediately after pressing the
SUPER, or after changing the
temperature.
The temperature in the appli-
ance is too low or too high.
If your appliance is still not working properly after making the above checks, contact the nearest Authorised
Service Center.
Specify the model and serial number of your appliance when you contact Authorised Service Center. This
will accelerate the support received.

Temperature is set incorrectly.
This is normal, no error has oc-
curred.
The temperature regulator is
not set correctly.
The lid is not closed properly.
The products' temperature is
too high.
Many products are stored at
the same time.
The thickness of the frost on
the inner liner is greater than
4-5 mm.
The lid was opened too often.
The SUPER function is switch-
ed on.
Products to be frozen are
placed too closely to each oth-
er.
The appliance is positioned
near the heat source.
Solution
Refer to "Temperature regula-
tion" section.
The compressor starts after a
period of time.
Set a higher or lower tempera-
ture.
Check if the lid closes properly
and the gaskets are not dam-
aged or dirty.
Allow food to cool to room
temperature before storing.
Store less products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance. Refer to
"Defrosting the freezer" sec-
tion.
Open the lid only if necessary.
Refer to "SUPER function"
section.
Make sure that there is cold air
circulation in the appliance.
Refer to "Location" section.
