Fix the back rest (4) to the Tube (3) with mushroom head allen screw (43),
spring washer (65) and washer (23) by hex wrench, and you can adjust the
back rest height by selecting the different holes on the back rest. Then, at-
tach the tube (3)to the seat post (12) with square neck bolts (72), nylon nut
(75) and washer (23) by hex wrench.
