Sicherheit Sicherheit Gefahren im Umgang mit diesem Wärmetauscher Der Wärmetauscher ist nach dem Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicher- heitstechnischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können bei seiner Verwendung Gefahren entstehen, und zwar - Verletzung des Bedieners oder - Dritter bzw. - Beeinträchtigungen am Wärmetauscher oder - Beschädigung anderer Sachwerten. -
Seite 5: Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Wärmetauscher ist ausschließlich zur Erwärmung von Bade-Wasser durch Warmwasser-Heizung/Solaranlage bestimmt. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet der Hersteller Behncke ® GmbH nicht. Eine anderweitige Verwendung ist nur nach Absprache und Genehmigung durch den Hersteller möglich. Wichtig! Seite 7: Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Am Aufstellort
Sicherheit Angeschlossene Kunststoffleitungen können unzulässig thermisch belastet und dadurch beschädigt werden. Vorsicht Vorsicht Wird der Heizkreislauf nicht mit der Umwälz-/Filterpumpe verriegelt, kann sich der Wärmetauscher auf die Vorlauftemperatur des Heizungswassers erhitzen. Die elektrische Ausrüstung der Anlage steht unter hoher Spannung. Beachten Sie deshalb folgende Hinweise: - Arbeiten an der elektrischen Ausrüstung dürfen nur Elektrofachkräfte ausführen. -

Aufstellen / Installieren Aufstellen Stellen Sie den Wärmetauscher nur in frostsicheren, trockenen Räumen mit nicht-aggressiver Atmosphäre auf. Tropfwasser kann den Wärmetauscher beschädigen. Gewährleisten Sie die leichte Zugänglichkeit für die Montage- und Demontage. Der Wärmetauscher kann oberhalb oder unterhalb des Wasserspiegels installiert werden. -

Alle Metallteile müssen in den Potentialausgleich einbezogen werden. Elektrische Schaltpläne siehe Kapitel 10. Funktion Im Gegenstrom-Wärmetauscher KstW 200/KstWT 200 wird die Wärme aus dem Heizwasser-Kreislauf an den Badewasser-Kreislauf übertragen. Für KstW 200/KstWT 200 Kompakt Wärmeblock: Über den eingebauten digitalen 2 Punkt-Regler wird die eingebaute Heizungspumpe gesteuert. -

Einstellung des Digital-Reglers Einstellung des Digital-Reglers Schalten Sie den Digital-Regler mit der Taste I/O ein, es wird der Istwert angezeigt. Durch Druck auf die Taste X wird der Sollwert für 5 Sekunden angezeigt. Während dieser Zeit kann mit den Tasten + und - der Sollwert verstellt werden; nach letzter Verstellung wird automatisch wieder der Istwert angezeigt. -

Aufstellen / Installieren Einstellung der Heizungspumpe Die Heizungspumpe hat einen Drehknopf zur Einstellung der Drehzahl (1(max) bis 4(min)). In der Mindeststufe wird die Drehzahl auf ca. 40-70% der maximalen Drehzahl reduziert. Die Stromaufnahme reduziert sich dabei auf etwa 50%. Die Pumpe ist wartungsfrei, bei Störungen kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren Fachhändler. -
