Procedure
1. Unwrap and discard the bubble wrap from the
cables on the lower handle
2. Route either the left or right cable end over the
lower handle and insert the cable end into the
(Figure 5).

3. Remove the nut and washer from the handle,
attach the cable clamp on the cable to the
handle, install the washer and the nut, and
tighten the nut by hand
