Start-up

8.1 Simple operator functions using con-
nected pushbutton
The actuator is ready for operation as soon as it has
been installed. You can
a) use it as a conventional switch or
b) teach it in directly at other HomeMatic components or
c) at the central control unit.
A button press of the top half of the rocker switches
the load on. A button press of the bottom half of the
rocker switches the load off.

8.2 Teaching-in

Please read this entire section before starting
the teach-in procedure.
HomeMatic components have to be taught in to each
other in order to communicate.
To execute the teach-in procedure, both of the devices
to be connected must be in teach-in mode. To do this,
remove the rocker and briefly press the Config button
