thermometer and bat-

5 minutes:
– Battery is too hot
(between 50 °C–
70 °C). Battery can
be used in tool, but
not be charged.
– Battery is too cold
(under 0 °C)
No display shows:
– Battery is too hot
(over 80 °C)
– Battery is defective

Measure
Allow battery to
charge on 100 %.
Leave indefinitely
in charger, or re-
move and store or
use.
Battery will not
charge until tem-
perature is within
limits:
– Let battery
cool down
– Let battery
warm up

not start until

cooled down.
– Replace bat-
tery
