Dear Genius Customer,
Give your vegetables and crudités a new, fresh look. The Julietti Plus enables you to create decorative spirals or
fine Juliettis of cucumbers, carrots, radishes, courgettes and much more.
The Turbo Peeler has two different kinds of blades, so you can decide how you want to peel the fruit or
vegetable. There is a smooth blade for economical peeling (e.g. potatoes, cucumber, apples, carrots etc.) or
thin slices (e.g. for a vegetable carpaccio or Asian wok-cooked food) and a serrated blade for peeling fruit and
vegetables with a very thin skin (e.g. tomatoes, bell peppers etc.). The blade is sharp on both sides, so you can
work in both directions and save valuable time.
