6.1.1 Summary
The power unit can be equipped with an optional BHR printed circuit board.
It enables you to:
-
H: Trigger an alarm signal if the high voltage fails
-
R: RC contact, switch the power unit from a distance (not wireless)
The contacts of the HV alarm are depicted in alarm mode.
6.1.2 High-voltage detection (H)
The "H" option (high-voltage alarm) is equipped with a relay that switches if the high voltage
fails. In this way an alarm signal can be triggered. This can be a lamp or a buzzer, for instance.
The contacts are two-pole make or break contacts.
The contact rating is 5 A.-240 V AC; 5 A-28 V DC.
1 Feed the wiring through the gland and lay it as far as possible from the HV terminal block.
Use the nylon clamp to guide the cable along the HV terminal block.
2 Connect the wiring to the terminal blocks X1 and X2.
The terminal contacts depend on your switching (switching on or off).
The contacts are drawn in alarm position.
