Problem

Potential cause
There is too much food
in the appliance.
The set cooking
temperature is too low
or the cooking time is
set too short.
The wrong programme
has been selected.
The food was stacked or
stuck together.
The baking tray, the
frying basket or the
baking rack are not
positioned correctly.
The food has a high
moisture content.
Short circuit in the
temperature monitor.
The temperature
monitor or the heating
elements do not work.
Solution
Reduce the amount of
food being cooked at
one time.
Set a higher temperature
or a longer time.
Make sure you have
selected the correct
cooking programme.
Make sure that the food
is evenly distributed.
Place the accessories in
the correct position. Be
careful when doing this
as the accessories may
be hot.
Spraying or brushing
food evenly with a
small amount of oil can
increase crispness.
Disconnect the power
plug from the mains.
Please contact customer
service.
Unplug the mains plug
from the socket, wait
briefly and plug the
mains plug back into
the socket. Contact
customer service if
this does not solve the
problem.
