Box Jumps
Stand in front of the box with your legs hip-width
apart. Start with the lowest height first and grad-
ually increase it. Bend your knees and jump onto
the box with both legs at the same time. To do
this, push yourself off the ground with all your
strength. You should land in the middle of the box
and bend your knees a little. Create momentum
with your arms.
Increase the difficulty by increasing the height of
the box and spending as little time as possible on
the ground.
