PROGRAMMING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL

3.2 Programming on a drive for roller shutters, swing shutters, venetian
blinds, blinds or on a Somfy lighting receiver
You must first have commissioned your shutter's drive. Before any programming, the end limits for your
motor must have been set (refer to the instructions for the motor or contact Somfy assistance). Check the
direction of rotation: press the
motor or contact Somfy assistance.
▶ Programming a remote control
1.
Identify the equipment's original control, i.e. the remote control or control point
which controls only this equipment.
- If the original control is lost or broken and it is the only one that controls the receiver shutter,
contact Somfy assistance.
- If another control controls this equipment only, use it to follow the steps below.

In the case of a shutter / blind: partially open the shutter / blind using the original control.

Press the PROG button on the original control until the shutter makes an up and down movement (or 1 beep).
The PROG function is activated for 2 minutes.
4. Press the channel selector button as many times as necessary until the indicator lights show the channel to
be programmed.
5.
Use a fine-tipped object to apply a short press on the PROG button on the back of the remote control to be
added.
The equipment will make an up and down movement (or 2 beeps).
