3 SECURITY
With the ZIPPER ZI-RMM95 tire mounting ma-
chine you can mount and demount tyres and
rims for a wide range of rim and tyre diameters.
The metal mounting head is from HQ Material
and is shaped to perform the operations smooth-
ly and efficiently.
The special plastic mounting head is provided for
performing even tyre changes onto very sensible
aluminium rims with ease without damaging the
rim.
The two clamping cylinders are auto-centered
and therefore assure a perfect centering of the
rim.
Thanks to the adjustable bead-breaking device
tyres can be separated from the rim powerful and
secure.
Manipulations and changes of the machine or its
components are prohibited and render warranty
null and void.
Read this manual carefully before first
use and store it for later reference.
Do not operate the machine at insuffi-
cient lighting conditions.
Do not operate the machine when you
are tired, when your concentration is
impaired, and/ or under the influence
of drugs, medication or alcohol.
The machine shall be used only by
trained persons.
Non authorized persons, especially chil-
dren, shall be kept away from the work
area.
To avoid damages on the machine, rim
or tyre use the delivered mounting lever
for the demounting or mounting of tyres
onto rims.
Use proper safety clothing and
devices when operating the
machine (safety gloves, safety
goggles, ear protectors, safety
shoes ...)!

Always be focused when working, take
care to maintain a safe posture at every
time.
Do not exceed the max. allowed con-
nection pressure of 10 BAR! This
might ruin the hydraulic system and
even cause dangerous accidents!

4 REMAINING RISKS

Danger by sound: Working without ear protectors
can damage the hearing.
Danger by moving machine parts during opera-
tion:
Severe crush injury hazard.
Keep away from the machine when operating
any of the foot pedals! Take especially care
to keep hands off the tyre plate area and
keep the feet off the bed-breaking device
Severe Injury or even death through explod-
ing tyres during air inflation into the tyre.
Never exceed the recommended max. tyre
pressure of the tyre manufacturer.
Always check tyre, rim and tyre position on
rim before and during inflating process.
Hazard of electrocution: when touching elect-
ronic parts of the machine when being
connected to the electronic supply net.
You can reduce these hazards dramatically by
obeying all security and working rules and stay-
ing cautious and focused during work!

5 PUTTING INTO SERVICE

5.1 Transport
The tire mounting machine must be moved in its
original packaging to the place of operation. The
packed machine can be moved with a fork truck
or a manual fork lift.
5.2 Auspacken/Lieferumfang
Remove the packaging of the machine and the
nylon bag. Check the machine for eventual
transport damge and check the delivery content.
