3. Mounting

Mount the unit with two clamps in the control panel, cutout 91 x 43mm.

4. Electrical connection

Disconnect the installation before connecting the unit. The plug-in terminal
strip features reverse polarityprotection.

Voltage supply
• either AC on terminals L/N
• or DC on terminals 1 and 2.
Sensor supply
• either internally by DY340 (5V on
terminals 3 and 4, 12 V on terminals
3 and 5)
• or externally.
With an external sensor supply, L- of
the external source must be connected
with terminal 3 of the DY340.
In the case of DC operation of the
DY340 the sensor can be directly sup-
plied by the supply voltage (external).
The terminals 1 to 17 are electrically
isolated from the mains.
