4.1 Control Pressures (Guidelines)

Fail safe to close (FC)
Type 025 FC with EPDM-diaphragm Type 025 FC with PTFE-diaphragm
Fail safe to open/double acting (FO/DA)
Operating pressure (bar)
Max. allowable control pressure:
 6 bar for mode FC
 5 bar for modes FO and DA
 Lower control pressures are possible by reducing the spring force
 Control medium: inert, non-aggressive gases (control with liquids available on request)
 Temperature of control medium: max. 40 °C
