4 Start cooking
Once the desired water temperature has been reached, a double beep is output. Place
the vacuum sealed food in the vessel. The preset cooking time countdown starts. During
the cooking process, the display alternates between the set temperature and the remaining
cooking time every 5 seconds. When the cooking time has elapsed, a beep is output and
the display shows

Hold down the On/Off

Keep the food in the cooking vessel
completely covered with water during
