2. Insert a cassette into the side CASSETTE CHAMBER (34). Playback
starts automatically.
3. Press the TAPE-EJECT button (33) halfway to activate the fast forward.
4. Press the TAPE-EJECT button (33) halfway again to continue playback
as normal.
5. Press the TAPE-EJECT button (33) fully to eject the cassette.
ENCODING / RECORDING MODE
MP3-ENCODING
The device enables the encoding of CDs, cassettes or records in MP3 format on
storage media (USB sticks) via the USB port.
CD-ENCODING
Encoding a Title:
1. Start normal playback of the title to be encoded and recorded.
2. Press the RECORD button (9/38) twice while the track is playing.
3. "REC" is displayed on the LCD DISPLAY (18). This means that the
encoding process is now carried out.
4. Press the STOP button (32) to stop recording.
Encoding a disc:
1. Open the CD COMPARTMENT (10) with the OPEN / CLOSE button (11)
and insert a CD with the printed side facing up in the CD compartment
(10). Press the OPEN / CLOSE button (11) again to close the CD TRAY
(10).
2. After the reading process is finished, press the RECORD button (9/38)
twice.
3. "REC" is displayed on the LCD DISPLAY (18). The encoding process is
now carried out.
4. After encoding is finished, playback stops automatically.
Remarks CD-Encoding:

The recording speed is 1: 1 and corresponds to the playing time of the CD
title.

The system creates a "RECORD" folder in which the encoded tracks are
saved.

The recording format is preset to an MP3 bit rate of 128 kbps and a
sampling rate of 44.1 kHz.
