Push the height-adjustable paint bucket
attachment (fig. 7, 5) down in order to secure
the bucket.
Important: Only operate device
i
when filter disk is inserted (Fig. 5,
A). Otherwise the suction filter can
suction to the bottom of the paint
container during operation.
•
Secure the suction hose (fig. 8, 1) inside the
fixture and push to the floor of the bucket.
Make sure that there is always
i
enough paint in the container. If the
pump sucks air, the paint might eject
from the gun intermittently and
create stains on the wall.
Tip: If the paint bucket is at an
angle the contents will be able to
be suctioned off entirely. Therefore
place a small object underneath the
paint bucket.
•
Plug in the power cable.
•
Switch the device on (position I) at the main
switch (fig. 9, 7).
•
Aim the spray gun at a piece of cardboard
and depress the trigger until the air has been
pumped out of the material hose and an
even spray of the material is produced (this
can take up to 1 minute, depending on the
paint).
If the material does not feed into
i
the hose or only in intervals, the
material is too thick and blocks
the hose. See chapter 22 to get the
device back into operation.


