Introduction/intended use
The Vario-Bench system is an innovative, modular and patented multi-functional work and
sawing table that allows precise work with hand tools such as a circular plunge saw and
routers, guided on guide rails. By manovering the guide rail relative to the workpiece,
precise angles can be set - without the risk of reading errors and without the need for
calibration. In addition, the table can be used for general work in the woodworking shop,
in particular for work that requires clamping of the workpiece. Furthermore, the base
frame of the Vario-Bench is equipped with an innovative mechanism that allows the
worktop to be easily exchanged for another worktop, if necessary without tools. This
simply has to have the same fixing holes as the Vario-Bench worktop.
The heart of the system is the CNC-milled worktop and the bench hooks, which are
perfectly matched to each other to ensure maximum precision. In addition, other
commercially available accessories for tables with 20 mm drill holes can also be used, e.g.
clamps, bench hooks etc.
With the short bench hooks workpieces up to approx. 25 mm can be machined and with
the long bench hooks up to approx. 55 mm (guide rail taken into account).

The Vario-Bench worktop is part of the Vario-Bench system whereby components can be
ordered individually This way, a multi-functional work bench can be configured according
