6. Leave the oven door half-open.
7. The unit will switch off automatically after the preset time runs out.
8. Move the mode selector to the OFF position and unplug the unit from the mains.
9. Take out the grill with food using the holder, and let it cool in a safe place.
B) Lower heating
1. Place the baking pan at the required height and close the oven door.
2. Move the heater selector to the position .
3. Set the required temperature using the temperature controller.
4. Set the required time using the temperature controller. The unit will be switched on, and the operation indicator will
illuminate.
5. The unit will switch off automatically after the preset time runs out.
6. Move the mode selector to the OFF position and unplug the unit from the mains.
7. Take out the baking pan with food using the holder, and let it cool in a safe place.
C) Upper + lower heating

Note:
1. If you are preheating the oven, set the timer at approximately 5 minutes
more.
2. The fan function (convection baking) keeps the temperature in the oven
evenly distributed, and ensures that the food is well-done. It can be used
with the grill function, or for conventional baking.
