4. OPERATION

1. Plug the power cord into the mains supply and raise the lever.
2. Place the most adequate juicer cone, taking into account the size of the fruit. If you wish to
juice small fruits, such as lemons, use the small juicer cone. In order to do that, pull from the big
juicer cone to remove it. In order to attach it again, place the big juicer cone onto the small juicer
cone and press.
3. Place a glass under the anti-drip valve and lower the nozzle, in order to allow the juice to flow
into the glass.
4. Cut the fruit in two halves, put one against the juicer cone on top of the juicer, and lower
the lever to press the fruit against the cone. The cone will rotate automatically. Repeat this
procedure as many times as needed.
NOTE: the adjustable plastic filter will allow you to adjust the amount of pulp present in the juice.
WARNING: use the appliance for 15 seconds and let it rest for 15 more seconds after that as a
working cycle. Stop using the appliance after 10 cycles and let it rest for 30 minutes before using
it again.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance and remove the filter and juicer cones.
2. Clean the main body of the appliance with a wet cloth and a few drops of detergent. Do
not use solvents or products with an acidic pH base, nor abrasive products to clean the
appliance.
3. Do not submerge the main body of the appliance in water or any other liquid.
4. Clean all removable pieces with water and soap.
5. The following parts are dishwasher safe: press cone cover, large cone, small cone,
stainless steel filter, juice tray, plastic filter, adjustable plastic filter.
6. Dry all parts thoroughly before putting them back in place.

It is important to clean the adjustable plastic filter (part 8), composed
of 2 detachable parts (upper and lower filter), after every use. In order
to do that, separate both parts. Once cleaned, put both pieces
together again by placing the bump on the lower piece between the
tabs in the upper piece.
