7.1.11 Q-Stop

This output is set to 1 simultaneously with the output "Welding fault" if a Q-Stopp-
error occurs. It is reset to 0 as soon as the fault will be reset.

7.1.12 Minimum current treshold

The time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold is adjustable.
If this threshold is not exceeded on average, the sequence is stopped and an
error message occurs.

7.1.13 %I Prewarning

Phase value monitoring is carried out after each welding schedule. The mean
phase value is compared to electrode parameters

If one of the limits is exceeded, a warning is output. This warning will remain
active until the next tip dressing / tip change cycle or until the actual %I values are
reset at the user interface.

7.1.14 Post-heating pulse

A conditional upper tolerance limit can be programmed for monitoring the post-
weld time. In addition, the spot repetition logic was changed.

The spot is rewelded with higher current in the MainWLD. The new factor for
