Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das Elektret-Instrumentenmikrofon ECM-310W ist
für den Einsatz auf der Bühne vorgesehen und eig-
net sich optimal für die Schallabnahme von Blas-
instrumenten. Über die Klemmhalterung lässt es
sich einfach am Schallaustrittskegel des Instru-
ments befestigen.
Das Mikrofon wird über das angeschlossene Au-
diogerät gespeist, d. h. der Mikrofoneingang am
Audiogerät muss über eine Phantomspeisung
(9 – 48 V ) verfügen. Ein Phantomspeisungsadap-
ter für den Anschluss liegt dem Mikrofon bei. Zum
Lieferumfang gehören außerdem eine Kunststoff-
Tragebox und ein Windschutz.
Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht der EMV-Richtlinie für elek-
tromagnetische Verträglichkeit 89/336/EWG.
Das Mikrofon ist nur zur Verwendung im Innen-
bereich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtig-
keit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbe-
reich 0 – 40 °C).

Applications
The electret instrument microphone ECM-310W is
provided for stage applications and is ideally suited
for picking up the sound of wind instruments. Via the
clamp, the microphone can be easily fixed to the
mouth of the instrument where the sound is emitted.
Power is supplied to the microphone via the
audio unit connected, i. e. the microphone input on
the audio unit must be provided with phantom power
(9 – 48 V ). A phantom power adapter for connec-
tion is supplied with the microphone. In addition, the
microphone is supplied with a plastic carrying case
and a windshield.
Safety Notes
The microphone corresponds to the directive for
electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC.
The microphone is only suitable for indoor use.
Protect it against humidity and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

schlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann
keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach-
oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für
das Mikrofon übernommen werden.
Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem Betrieb ge-
nommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur umwelt-
freundlichen Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyc-
lingbetrieb.
Montage
Die Mikrofonhalterung am Instrument festklemmen,
und den Schwanenhals des Mikrofons optimal aus-
richten. Bei Bedarf den beiliegenden Windschutz
aufstecken.
Anschluss
Das Mikrofonkabel an den Mini-XLR-Stecker des
beiliegenden Speiseadapters anschließen und den
XLR-Stecker des Adapters mit einem symmetri-
schen XLR-Mikrofoneingang am Audiogerät verbin-
den. Der Mikrofoneingang muss mit einer Phan-
tomspeisung von 9 – 48 V
anderenfalls ist kein Mikrofonbetrieb möglich.

phone is used for other purposes than originally
intended, if it is not correctly connected or not
repaired in an expert way.
If the microphone is to be put out of operation de-
finitively, take it to a local recycling plant for a dis-
posal which is not harmful to the environment.
Mounting
Clamp the microphone holder to the instrument and
align the gooseneck of the microphone in an opti-
mum way. Place the supplied windshield, if required.
Connection
Connect the microphone cable to the mini XLR plug
of the supplied adapter, then connect the XLR plug
of the adapter to a balanced XLR microphone input
on the audio unit. The microphone input must be
provided with a phantom power of 9 – 48 V , other-
wise microphone operation will be impossible.
