1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das Grenzflächenmikrofon ECM-306B /. . ist ein
robustes Elektret-Mikrofon mit Superhalbnieren-
charakteristik. Es lässt sich besonders gut als
Tischmikrofon einsetzen und eignet sich optimal
für Sprachaufnahmen, z. B. bei Konferenzen, In-
terviews, Theatervorführungen, Ansprachen etc.
Das Mikrofon wird über das angeschlossene
Audiogerät gespeist, d. h. der Mikrofoneingang
am Audiogerät muss über eine Phantom speisung
(9 – 48 V ) verfügen oder es muss ein Phantom-
speisegerät zwischengeschaltet werden.
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen relevanten Richt -
linien der EU und ist deshalb mit
zeichnet.

Setzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innen bereich
ein. Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtigkeit und Hit ze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein tro-
ckenes, weiches Tuch, niemals Chemikalien
oder Wasser.

fully prior to operating the microphone and keep
them for later reference.
1 Applications
The boundary microphone ECM-306B /. . is a ro-
bust electret microphone with super semi-car-
dioid characteristic. It is particularly useful as a
desk microphone and ideally suited for picking
up speech, e. g. at conferences, interviews, the-
atre performances, lectures, etc.
The microphone is supplied with power via the
connected audio unit, i. e. the microphone input
on the audio unit must be provided with a phan-
tom power (9 – 48 V ) or a phantom power sup-
ply unit must be inserted.
2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all relevant
directives of the EU and is therefore marked
with .
G The microphone is only suitable for indoor use.
Protect it against humidity and heat (admissi-
ble ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never
use chemicals or water.

Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben
Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsor-
gung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Das Mikrofon flach auf den Tisch legen. Es
kann aber auch über die Montagelöcher (5)
an einer Wand aufgehängt werden.
2) Den Mini-XLR-Stecker des beiliegenden An-
schluss kabels in die Buchse (1) des Mikrofons
stecken und den XLR-Stecker in einen sym-
metrischen XLR-Mikrofoneingang am Audio-
gerät (z. B. Mischpult, Verstärker). Der Mikro-
gekenn- fon eingang muss mit einer Phantomspeisung
von 9 – 48 V ausgestattet sein, anderenfalls
muss ein Phantomspeisegerät zwischenge-
schaltet werden (z. B. EMA-3 oder EMA-200
von „img Stage Line").
3) Das Mikrofon mit der Taste
Die blaue Betriebsanzeige POWER (3) leuch-
tet.

inally intended, if it is not correctly operated or
not repaired in an expert way.
If the microphone is to be put out of op-
eration definitively, take it to a local re-
cycling plant for a disposal which is not
harmful to the environment.
3 Operation
1) Lay the microphone flat on the desk. How-
ever, it may also be suspended on a wall via
the mounting holes (5).
2) Connect the mini XLR plug of the supplied
cable to the jack (1) of the microphone and
the XLR plug to a balanced XLR microphone
input on the audio unit (e. g. mixer, amplifier).
The microphone input must be provided with
a phantom power of 9 – 48 V , otherwise a
phantom power supply unit must be inserted
(e. g. EMA-3 or EMA-200 from "img Stage
Line").
3) Switch on the microphone with the button
The blue POWER LED (3) lights up.

4) Mit dem linken DIP-Schalter (4) lässt sich der
Ausgangspegel um 10 dB abschwächen (Po-
sition „-10"), wenn der Mikrofoneingang über-
steuert wird.
5) Mit dem rechten DIP-Schalter können tiefe
Töne unterdrückt werden (Position
z. B. die Sprachverständlichkeit zu verbessern
und um Rumpelgeräusche zu verringern.
6) Nach dem Betrieb das Mikrofon mit dem
Schalter
