This product information is valid for the following devices:
● SIMATIC IWP1500 MT OEM
The software "Industrial Web Panel" IWP is running on the devices. The term "IWP1500" is used to represent the devices in
this document.
In terms of electronics, interfaces and power supply, the devices are based on the standard Industrial Thin Client ITC1500 V3
device with capacitive multi-touch screen in the ITC operating mode and offer the corresponding range of functions. The
term "ITC1500" is used to represent this standard device.
This product information describes the technical differences between the devices and in comparison to the standard device.

Assigning device parameters
A "Maintenance" overview page is available on the device for maintenance purposes. You reach the individual pages using
the square buttons. The following pages do not function with this device:
● "Calibration" page: The device with capacitive multi-touch screen does not require calibration.
● "Function Keys" page: The device does not have any function keys.
Additional main features of the device:

Change settings ("Logon" page)
For unrestricted access to all pages, you must log on as administrator.

Data misuse due to unauthorized access
Contrary to the statements in the operating manual, in the factory state, the device is protected against unauthorized access
by a password provided by the customer.
