Problem
Water flows inside the refrigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be set.
The temperature in the appliance is
too low/too high.
Some specific surfaces inside the
fridge compartment are warmer at
some times.
Temperature setting LEDs flash at
the same time.
If the advice does not lead to the desired
result, call the nearest Authorized
Service Centre.

Possible cause
Stored food was not wrapped.
Food products prevent the water
from flowing into the water collector.
The water outlet is clogged.
The melting water outlet is not con-
nected to the evaporative tray below
the appliance.
The "FastCool function" is switched
on.
The temperature is not set correctly.
The door is not closed correctly.
The food products' temperature is
too high.
Many food products are stored at
the same time.
The thickness of the frost is greater
than 4-5 mm.
The door has been opened often.
The FastCool function is switched
on.
There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
An error has occurred in measuring
the temperature.

Replacing the lamp

The appliance is equipped with a longlife LED interior
light.
Solution
Wrap food in suitable packaging be-
fore storing it in the appliance.
Make sure that food products do not
touch the rear plate.
Clean the water outlet.
Attach the melting water outlet to
the evaporative tray.
Switch off "FastCool function" man-
ually, or wait until the function deac-
tivates automatically to set the tem-
perature. Refer to "FastCool func-
tion" section.
Set a higher/lower temperature.
Refer to "Closing the door" section.
Let the food products temperature
decrease to room temperature be-
fore storage.
Store less food products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance.
Open the door only if necessary.
Refer to "FastCool function" section.
Make sure that there is cold air cir-
culation in the appliance. Refer to
"Hints and Tips" chapter.
This is a normal state.
Contact the nearest Authorised
Service Centre. The cooling system
will continue to keep food products
cold, but temperature adjustment
will not be possible.
