Place your left arm on a table with the cuff at heart
level and your palm facing up. Make sure the cuff is
not touching the left side of your chest. Your arm
should be resting comfortably on the table. Do not
speak or move during the measurement.
FR Placez votre bras gauche sur la table face à vous,
votre paume de main ouverte vers le haut. Assurez-
vous que le brassard ne touche pas la partie gauche
de votre torse ou votre poitrine. Votre bras doit
reposer confortablement sur la table. Ne parlez pas
et ne bougez pas pendant la mesure.

Legen Sie Ihren linken Arm auf einen Tisch, so dass
sich die Manschette auf Herzhöhe befindet und die
Handfläche nach oben zeigt. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Manschette nicht die linke Seite Ihrer
Brust berührt. Ihr Arm sollte bequem auf dem Tisch
aufliegen. Sprechen Sie während der Messung nicht
und bewegen Sie sich nicht.
