Problem
Green LED is not on
Red LED flashes and
the audible alarm
sounds even though the
probe is not in liquid
Pressing the Test key
has no effect

Activity
Perform a visual inspection of the probe (see
"After an alarm").
Replace damaged parts.
Perform a function test ("Function test").
Check the wireless connection by using the app
(see At the probe and Alarm).
Possible reason
No supply voltage
Flat cable not con-

board
Short circuit in the probe Check the probe or

Control unit is defective Replace the control unit
