6.1 Working with the cable Ø 16 mm or Ø 22 mm

The Wöhler RM 300 has a PRCD-switch (person-
al safety switch) to protect user and drain cleaner
against dangerous currents due to possibly defec-
tive electrical equipment.
WARNING!
Check the functionality of the switch before each
use of the RM 300 as follows:
Turn on the Wöhler RM 300.
•
Press TEST.
•
If the device switches off automatically, the
PRCD-switch is working and it is safe to work with
the Wöhler RM 300.
If the Wöhler RM 300 is still working after
•
pressing the "TEST-button", disconnect the
power supply immediately.
To start normal working mode after inspection,
•
press RÜCKSETZEN (Reset).
WARNING!
Set the control switch to "OFF" before assembling
the cables, the guide hose and the augers.
Remove the cable from the holding cage.

NOTE!
Make sure that the cable end with the snap-lock is
guided through the cable outlet so that the clean-
ing attachment can be mounted.
