CLEANING THE AIR FILTER

Clean the air filter regularly. The cleaning cycle
depends on the frequency of use of the clipper. Clean
the air filter at the latest as soon as you notice dirt on
the air filter.
1. Switch off the clipper.
2. Clean the filter with the cleaning brush provided
(Fig. 8).
NOTICE
Make sure that no foreign bodies or impurities
get into the filter during cleaning.

MAINTENANCE

Carry out regular visual inspections. Check the device, battery and charging station for
damage before each use.
CAUTION
Do not use the device, battery or charging station if there is visible damage.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

WARNING
► Use the supplied charging station only for the batteries supplied with the
device.
► Charge the battery only in well-ventilated areas, away from moisture and
flammable or explosive substances.
1. Insert the plug of the charging station into a
properly installed socket.
The charging indicator on the charging station lights up
green.
2. Make sure that there is no dirt or dust on the
contacts of the battery and the charging station.
3. Insert the battery (4) into the charging station so
that the positive and negative poles are in correct
contact (Fig. 9). You will find the pole markings on
both the battery (4) and the charging station.
4. Push the battery in until it touches the bottom of
the charging station.
WARNING
Do not use force when inserting to avoid damaging the battery and the charging
station.
