Decals A - Transport Decal (Part No. 800-99631) On-Site Transport The RTX Rammer may be moved vertically by 2 people, laid on the Transport Roller (if fi tted) and pulled using the Lifting Handle or by using a Sling or Hoist on the Lifting Eye. NOTE:- A sling or hoist must not be used on the Lifting Handle. Road Transport The RTX Rammer must be transported as far as possible standing up, strapped to the body side board of the truck, or strapped inside a lorry (panel truck). - Seite 7 - When the machine is not in use or being transported, the Fuel Valve must be in the ‘OFF’ position. Aufkleber A - Transportaufkleber (Teil Nr. 800-99631) Transport vor Ort Der Stampfer von RTX kann von 2 Leuten vertikal bewegt und gezogen werden, während er auf der Transportrolle liegt (falls montiert) unter Verwendung des Aufbockgriffs oder durch Einsatz einer Schlaufe oder einer Winde an der Tragöse. Gezondheid en veiligheid Schwingungen. Schwingungen der Maschine werden im Betrieb auf die Haltegriffe übertragen. Das RTX-Maschinenprogramm der Belle-Group wurde spezifi sch für die Minimierung der Schwingungsbeanspruchung der Hände/Arme konzipiert. Angaben über den Schwingungspegel und die Benutzungszeiten (empfohlenes tägliches Maximum) fi nden sich in der technischen Spezifi kation. Die maximale Benutzungszeit NICHT ÜBERSCHREITEN. -

Kontrollen vor dem Start Inspektion vor dem Start Die nachfolgende Inspektion muß am Anfang jedes Arbeitstags oder nach vier Stunden Benutzung durchgeführt werden, je nachdem. Welcher Zeitpunkt zuerst eintritt. Detaillierte Angaben fi nden sich in der Instandhaltungsanleitung. Bei Feststellung von Mängeln darf die Maschine nicht benutzt werden, bis der Mangel abgestellt ist. -

Start- Und Stoppverfahren Fehlbedienung kann Gefahrenzustände verursachen. Diesen Abschnitt vor dem Einschalten der WARNEN Maschine unbedingt gründlich lesen, so dass genaues Verständnis gewährleistet ist. Um die Maschine im Notfall zu stoppen, legen Sie den Drosselhebel in die Notstopp-Position. Als- WARNUNG bald hört die Maschine auf zu vibrieren. -
Seite 23: Bedienung Des Bodenverfestiger
Nach Durchführung der Kontrollen im Abschnitt “Vor dem Start” darf der Motor gestartet werden. Die Modelle der RTX-Typenreihe von Bodenverfestigern der Altrad Belle sind mit Fliehkraftkupplung ausgestattet. Diese macht es möglich, die Maschine mit Leerlaufdrehzahl zu betreiben, ohne dass der Kurbeltrieb mitläuft. Mit steigender Motordrehzahl greift die Kupplung ein und treibt dann den Kurbeltrieb an. -

Wartung Instandhaltung. Das RTX-Maschinenprogramm der ALTRAD Belle gewährleistet jahrelangen, problemlosen Betrieb. Es ist aber wichtig, dass in regelmäßi- gen Zeitabständen die in diesem Abschnitt beschriebenen Instandhaltungsarbeiten und notwendige Reparaturen ausgeführt werden. Wir empfehlen ihnen, alle wesentlichen Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durch eine anerkannte ALTRAD Belle-Kundendienst- stelle durchführen zu lassen.Verwenden Sie nur anerkannte ALTRAD Belle Ersatzteile. -
