Instructions for handling the 7-pin LWS connector with rear holder

Hinweis
Nasen am Kontakt müssen zu den Aussparungen im Steckergehäuse
ausgerichtet sein.
Crimp darf nicht mehr sichtbar sein (Axialspiel ca. 0,5 mm).
•
Durch Zurückziehen des Kontakts (mit ca. 5 N) prüfen, ob dieser korrekt
eingerastet ist.
•
Sekundärverriegelungsplatte schließen.
Hinweis
Schwergängigkeit (ca. > 10 N) der Sekundärverriegelungsplatte bedeutet nicht
korrekt gesteckte Kontakte.
Sekundärverriegelungsplatte öffnen und Vorgang wiederholen..

Note
The noses of the contact must face towards the slots in the connector housing.
Crimp must no longer be visible (axial play approx. 0.5 mm).
•
Check whether contact is correctly latched in, by pulling (at approx. 5 N) the
contact at the cable.
•
Close the secondary locking plate.
•
Note
Stiffness (approx. > 10 N) of the secondary locking plate means contacts are not
correctly inserted.
Open secondary locking plate, check and repeat procedure!
