Emerson 888-Serie Installations- Und Wartungsanleitung

This I&M sheet is a supplement to the particular I&M sheet of the (solenoid) valves. Use both sheets for
installation and maintenance; in order to ensure safety and function of the product.
Series 888 Performance Exhaust Protectors "PEP" is a robust design, intended to survive being stood
on or run into, while offering an optimal flow capacity and protection against ingress of debris and dust
into the instrumentation port. Intended to use with instrument air (and comparable gases). The filtration
is 100 microns. This product range is available in a wide range of sizes and threads.
Install the exhaust protector with the appropriate tool, open end spanner [B], at the right torque (See
torque chart).
Maintenance only above -40°C. The design allows for filter cleaning by removing the cap. When replacing
the filter make sure to tighten the cone/end cap with the appropriate tool, pin hole spanner [A], at the
applicable torque (See torque chart).

électrovannes. Utilisez les deux notices pour l'installation et la maintenance, afin d'assurer la sécurité et
le bon fonctionnement du produit.
Les Protecteurs d'échappement haute performance Série 888 sont de conception robuste, conçus pour
survivre à une position debout ou à un heurt, tout en offrant une capacité de débit optimale et une protection
contre la pénétration de débris et de poussière dans le port d'instrumentation. Destinés à une utilisation
avec l'air d'instrumentation (et les gaz comparables). La filtration est de 100 microns. Cette gamme de
produits est disponible dans une large variété de tailles et de filetages.
Installez le protecteur d'échappement avec l'outil approprié, une clé plate [B], au couple approprié (voir
tableau des couples de serrage).
Entretien uniquement au-dessus de -40 °C. La conception permet le nettoyage du filtre en retirant le
capuchon. Lors du remplacement du filtre, assurez-vous de serrer le cône/ capuchon avec l'outil approprié,
une clé à ergot [A], au couple approprié (voir tableau des couples de serrage).
