1. FOREWORD

Below is a list of the various actions to be performed
to make the device operational quickly and easily:
1. INSTALLER
• Install the device in the system.
• Confi gure and test the device using the
CallMe app.
• Enable the device for operation.
• Transfer the UID code to the Administrator.
2. ADMINISTRATOR
• Install the CallMe Manager app on your PC.
• Commission the device using the CallMe
Manager app and UID code.
• Generate PDFs to send to users.
• Send PDFs by email or mail to users.
3. USER
• Create and enable the account using the
PDF sent by the administrator and the
CallMe app.
• Use the device with the CallMe app.
• Share the system with any sub-accounts.
IMPORTANT Contact the Urmet Technical
Assistance Centre to install a multi-user call
forwarding device Ref. 1083/83 in a column with a
/58A device in an apartment.

2. DESCRIPTION

The multi-user call sender device can be used
to send an audio-video or an audio-only call to
an Android or iOS smartphone. The device can
manage up to four smartphones per apartment
(one master and three secondary) for up to 126
apartments.
The multi-user call forwarding device is supplied
with a local power supply unit Ref. 1083/24.

3. DEVICE INSTALLATION

The device must be installed by your trusted
installer.
The product is designed to be installed in a column
according to national system regulations.
An Internet connection is used through an ADSL
or 3G/4G router/modem via Cat5/Cat5E cable or
Wi-Fi.
The device was designed for use in
residential and commercial environments
and can be used to confi gure only
some network parameters. If may
consequently not work on specifi c
business IP networks.

The Urmet CallMe App must be installed on a
smartphone, connected to the Internet via its own
mobile data connection or Wi-Fi, to receive calls.
Functions of the Urmet CallMe App include:
1. Intercom calls to other smartphones connected
to the same account;
2. Auto-on function ("Camera" function on the
CallMe app) to see the image taken from
the door unit (main and secondary) or from
connected surveillance cameras on your
smartphone.
3. Missed call list function.
The Urmet CallMe app is also needed by the
installer to confi gure the device and confi gure the
user's account.
The multi-user call sender device only
works in addition to the apartment
station(s) in the apartment and is always
confi gured as apartment station with ID/
code 3.
The multi-user call sender device can be installed
in one of the following ways:

3.1. IN A CONTROL PANEL

1. Insert the spacer behind the device in its special
seat, ensuring that it is locked by the lever A.
2. Insert the retainers B of the spacer in the DIN
rail in such a way that the terminal strips of the
device are pointing downwards, then insert the
retainers C.
