Loosen the angle clamping lever (1).

Move the cutting head to the left until it rests against
the fence.

Tighten the angle clamping lever (1).

Test the saw blade with a 45° angle to the saw table.
If an adjustment is necessary, loosen the lock nut (5) and
position the socket screw (6) in such a way that the saw
blade stands at 90° to the table. Re-tighten the lock nut.

Lock the ratchet lever (2) toward the outside.

Move the cutting head to the right until it rests
against the fence.

Tighten the angle clamping lever (1).

Test the saw blade with a 45° angle to the saw table.
If an adjustment is necessary, loosen the lock nut (5) and
position the socket screw (6) in such a way that the saw
blade stands at 90° to the table. Re-tighten the lock nut.
Installation of the Contact Surface, Fig. 5
• Lower the cutting head and push in the lock pin. Make
sure the table is in 0 mitre position.
• Place a combination square against the fence and next
to the saw blade.
• Loosen the two screws (7) if the saw blade does not
touch the protractor.
• Adjust the fence so that the fence has full contact with
the square. Tighten the screws.
Calibrating of the laser line (fig. 4.2)
• In order to calibrate the laser beam use a shelf (ap-
prox. 200 mm x 300 mm). Mark a right angle line and
put the shelf onto the bearing surface of the table.
• Now align the marking centred to the saw blade and
lock it with the clamping shoe.
• Turn on the laser using the on/off switch on the bat-
tery cover.
• In order to calibrate the laser line, release the two slot-
ted screws 1. Now move the laser unit until the laser
line matches the marked line.
Attention: You can calibrate the laser line to be running
at the side or in the middle of the cut.
• Tighten the slotted screws again and recalibrate them
as and when required.

Desserrez le levier de blocage d'angle (1).

Déplacez la tête de coupe vers la gauche jusqu'à ce
qu'elle repose contre le guide.

Serrez le levier de blocage d'angle (1).

Essayez la lame de scie avec un angle de 45° à la
table de scie.
Si un réglage s'avère nécessaire, desserrez le contre-
écrou (5) et ajustez la vis creuse (6) de telle manière
que la lame de scie soit à 90° de la table. Resserrez le
contre-écrou.

Desserrez le levier de blocage d'angle (1).

Verrouillez le levier à cliquet (2) vers l'extérieur.

Déplacez la tête de coupe vers la droite jusqu'à ce
qu'elle repose contre le guide.

Serrez le levier de blocage d'angle (1).

Essayez la lame de scie avec un angle de 45° à la
table de scie.
Si un réglage s'avère nécessaire, desserrez le contre-
écrou (5) et ajustez la vis creuse (6) de telle manière
que la lame de scie soit à 90° de la table. Resserrez le
contre-écrou.

• Abaisser la tête de coupe et la bloquer avec la gou-
pille de sécurité. S'assurer que le plateau est dans la
position d'onglet 0.
• Placer l'un des bras d'une équerre combinée contre le
guide et l'autre contre la lame de scie.
• Desserrez les deux vis (7) si la lame de scie ne touche
pas le rapporteur.
• Ajuster le guide de façon qu'il touche l'équerre tout
au long. Serrer les vis.
Ajustement du rayon laser (fig. 4.2)
• Pour ajuster le rayon laser, prendre une planche (envi-
ron 200 mm x 300 mm). Marquer une ligne à angle
droit et approcher la planche de la surface portante
de la table.
• Centrer le marquage par rapport à la lame de scie et
serrer à l'aide de la bride de serrage.
• Allumer le laser avec le bouton marche/arrêt sur le
couvercle de la batterie.
• Pour régler la ligne laser, desserrer les deux vis à tête
fendue 1. Ensuite déplacer l'unité laser jusqu'à ce que
la ligne laser corresponde à la ligne marquée.
à noter: La ligne laser peut être réglée de manière à se
situer sur le côté ou au centre de la découpe.
• Resserrer les vis à tête fendue et réajuster si besoin.
