Screen settings

To operate your Indego ensure the on/off switch is turned on at the back of
the mower and press the key. The screen will switch on after a few seconds.
Follow the on-screen instructions or instructions on the App for connected models.
The up ▲or ▼down keys allow you to choose an option within a menu screen.
The left ◄ and right ► keys allow you to go through the menu options.
The key will take you to the previous menu screen.
The key will confirm the selection or take you to the following screen in the menu.
"Set Language".

Choose your PIN code.

Keep the PIN code secret from third parties.
The mower will not work without your PIN code.
► If you have lost your PIN code, the PIN needs to be reset.
► If you own a connected model, you can do this via the App.
► If you own a non-connected mower, you can recover your PIN
via the "MyBosch" website MyBosch-Tools.com.
► To use this service, you need to register your
Indego at "MyBosch".

Mapping

A Your Indego is ready to start cutting the lawn in sections of parallel lines, as soon as the
lawn has been mapped and obstacles have been identified. This ensures an efficient
mowing session. The Indego knows the size of your lawn, what it needs to cut, where the
grass has already been cut, as well as the way back to the docking station to recharge.
Only lawn areas with a docking station will be mapped. Additional lawn areas without a
docking station will not be mapped and their size will not be included in the calculated
lawn size displayed in the 'my lawn' section of the App.

If you have placed the Indego's docking station in a corner of your lawn area, it is advised to change the settings of your
Indego under 'Settings > Docking Station Position'. The change of settings will help your Indego with its return to the
docking station.
Type A: Single lawn.

Press the key to map the lawn area. Whilst mapping your Indego will follow the wire around the edge of the lawn area.
Mapping is complete when the machine touches the docking station. Confirm this on the screen when prompted. Then the
mower will drive back for a few meters to enter the docking station.
Note: walk alongside Indego while it is following the edge.
Type C: Separated lawn areas.

After mapping the first lawn area, carry the mower to the next one. Place the mower into the additional docking station.
Make sure the mower and the docking station are switched on and press the
mapping has been completed, the mower will return to the docking station and will save the map.
If you have a 3 lawn area with a docking station, repeat the process.

Mapping excluded objects.
7.3
During the mapping, excluded objects will not be mapped. Mapping of the objects will happen during the first 3 cutting
sessions. When the Indego encounters an object that has been excluded, using the perimeter wire, it will follow it around
to establish its shape. Your Indego will then drive to the outer perimeter wire and follow it until it has confirmed the location
of the object. It may return to the docking station.
The newly discovered object will be saved automatically in the map. This process will be repeated with every object.
