The exchange requires the following tools
• Philips screw driver size 1
• Flat screw driver for M3 / M4
• Eventually a pair of tweezers

Disassembly of the terminal module

. Unscrew lid from terminal compartment Ex d.

. Disconnect cables at terminal module.

. Unscrew fastening screw from terminal
module and unfasten ground cable.

. Pull module out of housing, disconnect cable
from rear of the module.

Assembly the terminal module

•
Connect cable from electronics to the suitable
socket of the terminal module.
The second visible socket is without function
(only for manufacturing).

Slide terminal module into housing until stop

fix terminal module with 2 screws.
•
Fix PE-cable of the module on PE clamp
of housing.
• Connect signal cable to the clamp, connect screen
on PE clamp of housing.

Attention has to be paid not to damage the threads.
In other case the part has to be exchanged.
