• Check the fill level

• Anti-spatter fluid is empty

Troubleshooting
• Check all supply lines leading to the motor,
solenoid valve Y2 and threaded fittings
• Motor defective; replace
• Check the signal output of the robot control
• Replace solenoid valve
• Check the supply lines to the valve and
threaded fitting
• Replace the reamer
• Check torch-dependent parts
• Check the immersion depth of the torch
Troubleshooting
• Top up the anti-spatter fluid
• Check all supply lines leading to the
cylinder and threaded fittings
• Replace mechanically operated injection
valve Y4
• Replace or refill bottle
• Adjust the throttling screw
• Check injection time (torch dwell time in
injection unit)
• Check the operating pressure
• Check the operating pressure
