 Press and hold down the spindle lock (1.).
 Tighten clamping nut clockwise using
the holding wrench (2.).
 Conduct a test run to check that the
sanding tool is clamped in the centre.
CAUTION!
Never use a diamond sanding disc not
approved by FLEX on this electric power tool.
Risk of damaging the device!
Check position of the guard:
The brush ring should protrude over
the sanding tool by approx. 0–1 mm.
Correct if required.
 Loosen clamping lever on guard hood.
 Set the guard hood to the required height.
 Tighten the clamping lever.
NOTE
If the clamping force decreases, the
clamping can be adjusted by tightening the
hexagon socket screw on the clamping lever.
Switching the electric power tool on
and off
Brief operation without engaged switch rocker
 Push the switch rocker forwards and hold
in position.
 To switch off the power tool, release
the switch rocker.
