Installation

5.1 Installation on a flat duct wall
1. At the place of location drill a hole with
a diameter of 5/8" (16 mm) as well as 4
holes for the self tapping screws into the
duct (see dimensional drawing).
2. Open the screw on the housing cover and
remove cover.
3. Lead connecting cable through the cable
gland and connect wires to the terminals
according to the wiring diagram.
4. Attach gasket to the sensor side of the
housing (self-adhesive).
5. Insert the probe into the hole in the duct,
then fix housing to the duct using the 4
self-tapping screws provided.
6. Snap cover into the hinge of the housing,
then close cover and fix it with the screw
(do not thighten screw too much).
5.1 Installation on a round duct
1. Drill the insertion holeø ø5/8" (ø16 mm)
for the sensor into the ventilation duct at
the intended position (for positioning see
manual of the corresponding humidifier).
2. Fix the sensor support to the ventilation
duct with the supplied self-tapping screws.
3. Insert the CDC-SL with the rubber ring
and the washer into the sensor support
and secure it with the counter nut.

4. Open the screw on the housing cover and

then close cover and fix it with the screw
(do not tighten screw too much).
5 Installation
5.1 Installation an eine flache Kanal-
wand
1. Am vorgesehenen Ort in den Kanal ein
Loch Durchmesser 16 mm (5/8"), sowie
vier Löcher für die Selbstbohrschrauben
bohren (siehe Masszeichnung).
2. Schraube des Gehäusedeckels lösen und
Deckel entfernen.
3. Anschlusskabel durch die Kabeldurchfüh-
rung ins Gerät führen und gemäss dem
Elektroschema an die Anschlussklemmen
anschliessen.
4. Dichtung auf der Sensorseite zentrisch
auf das Gehäuse kleben (selbstklebend).
5. Sensor in die Bohrung im Kanal einschie-
ben. Anschliessend Gehäuse mit den vier
mitgelieferten Bohrschrauben am Kanal
befestigen.
6. Gehäusedeckel wieder in die Scharniere
des Gehäuses einschnappen, Gehäuse-
deckel schliessen und mit der Schraube
befestigen (Schraube nur mässig anzie-
hen).
5.1 Installation an einen runden Kanal
1. Das Einführungsloch ø16 mm (ø5/8")
für den Sensor am vorgesehenen Ort in
den Lüftungskanal bohren (Platzierung
siehe Anleitung zum entsprechenden
Befeuchter).
2. Sensorhalter mit den mitgelieferten
Selbstbohrschrauben am Lüftungskanal
befestigen.
3. Den CDC-SL mit dem Gummiring und
der Unterlagscheibe in den Sensorhalter
einschieben und mit der Kontermutter
befestigen.

4. Schraube des Gehäusedeckels lösen und
Deckel entfernen.
5. Anschlusskabel durch die Kabeldurchfüh-
rung ins Gerät führen und gemäss dem
Elektroschema an die Anschlussklemmen
anschliessen.
6. Gehäusedeckel wieder in die Scharniere
des Gehäuses einschnappen, Gehäuse-
deckel schliessen und mit der Schraube be-
festigen (Schraube nur mässig anziehen).
