7 Installation and commissioning

7.1 Safety instructions

WARNING!
Danger of injury due to improper operation!
Improper operation can cause severe injury or property damage.
Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to:

Personal protective equipment
Wear protective equipment as specified in Chapter 2.4 when performing all work!

7.2 Checking

Check the RESCUE LIGHT for dirt, cracks and damage before its first use. Never use the
equipment unless it is in flawless condition! If any flaws are noticed, immediately notify your
supplier.
• Check the base frame (cracks, damage, dirt)
• Check the LED spotlights (damage, secure fastening)
• Check the rechargeable battery holder (damage, secure fastening)
• Check the external cable connections (secure connection, damage)
• Check the switch (function, damage)
